Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion actor and model hailing American actor. After becoming famous through his performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow the actor was featured in over 20 feature films, including The Core. In addition, he has appeared on more than 22 shows on television including Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and others. Qualls was able to beat Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The first time he was diagnosed when he turned 14 years old. The cancer had gone into remission within two years. However, the treatment at this early stage left severe impact on his body and thwarted his development. The financial security was his first objective once he began, as he'd seen poverty throughout his entire childhood. I've lived such a low-cost lifestyle over the years that I need to have that financial security or else the world seems beyond my control, when he spoke to an interviewer. He also looks back at his youth and hopes to do something about the issue of the bullying. The cruelty inflicted on him hurts him to the core. His ideal film role and in life is that of father. Yet he confesses "Directors aren't casting me for these roles." For the foreseeable future, he is hoping to become a father for children.
