Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. As a teenager she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped her gymnastics. In just one year she was granted her professional card at 17 years old. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her education at college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. She also won four fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her result. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way is possible. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
